The Mesick Historical Museum will be featuring information on the Mesick School today. We have some old annuals and things about the school in the museum. We are always looking for more items so let us know if you have something you would like to donate to us.
Special events are schedule through the summer from May 7th to October 2, 2010. Check the schedule to see what we will be doing at our web site www.mesickmuseum.com. We are also on Facebook at the same address.
We have many items from the surrounding area like lumbering items, furniture, old newspapers, old pictures, clothing, hats, musical instruments, dishes, tools, old scrapbooks, old school year books, and much more.
We have for sale at the museum DVD's of old pictures, calendars, a booklet of the history of the area and old pictures.
The museum is open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each Saturday from May to October 2, 2010 when we have our Open House and make cider at the museum.
The Class of 1960 is in charge of the All School reunion at the school this year which is being held tonight.. You do need to make reservations with them. It is held in the High School. Everyone who attended Mesick School at some time is invited to come and join the fun.
